Fees and payment
On Psukhe Vendors OR Sellers are known as “Makers” and there are some charges attributed to different account types. The fees associated with each account type are explained here in this policy, when you might be charged and how to pay the fees. When you create a store on psukhe.com.au you are agreeing to this policy and our Terms of Service.
FEE TYPES
Upon commencing selling items on psukhe.com.au you may be required to pay the following types of fees. None of the following charges include Goods and Services tax (GST).
Commission
As an item is sold on psukhe.com.au you will automatically be charged a transaction fee of 10% of the total listing price and any included postage costs. As postage costs are automatically generated based on the customers location, postage costs cannot be set, so your items listing price should be valued to incur these costs. You cannot include the specific transaction fees per item, plainly speaking you cannot sell an item on psukhe.com.au for more than you would have sold it outside of Psukhe just to compensate for transaction fees, the cost of the item must be equivalent. Any personalisation offered for an extra fee to the customer is also included in this transaction fee, and must be added as a product variant and sold for the new listing price. Solicitation of the sale of extras, personalized or otherwise outside of Psukhe when the initial listing is being sold on Psukhe is a violation of our Terms of Service. Commission is charged to your account as each sale occurs and can be seen in your vendor portal under Finances > Psukhe Commission.
Payment Processing Fees for Vendors
Payment processing fees vary when the customer either chooses to pay via credit card, uses Paypal or Afterpay. Credit card transaction costs vary between countries, please see our Payment processing fees by country page for specific information regarding your country.
Payment processing fees are taken at a set rate plus a percentage of the total sale price of an item, the postage cost and any applicable sales tax. For example for a domestic Australian order using a credit card the cost would be 2.6% + $0.30AUD. Paypal fees are set at a rate of 2.6% + $0.30AUD per transaction for Australian domestic orders and International orders are set at 3.6% + $0.30AUD. Afterpay fees are charged at 6.7% per transaction.
So a maximum in fee's and commission that you would be charged on the sale of a product is 16.7% and a minimum of 12.6% + $0.30AUD depending on which payment processor the customer chooses.
Advertising Fees
Advertising fees are calculated based on your subscription level, when you sign up to psukhe.com.au with either a “Media Maker” or “Maker Pro” account, a percentage of your subscription cost is spent on advertising. Your advertising budget is distributed across Google, Facebook and Instagram with 50% of subscription costs divided equally across each platform.
Subscription Fees
Subscription fees are charged every 30 days from their commencement date. Media maker accounts are charged $29 AUD/Month and Maker Pro accounts are charged $79 AUD/Month recurring until the subscription is either cancelled or terminated by Psukhe Makers. Subscriptions can be managed via the vendor portal under Profile > Membership Plan. Subscriptions can be paid either with credit card or via your Stripe account. You may cancel your subscription at any time and the current features will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle and once your subscription has ended you will no longer be debited the subscription fee. To learn more about Psukhe Subscriptions please click here.
As Subscription fees are distributed to be used for advertising on your behalf, the balance will be used within each billing cycle and does not roll over month to month, it is not possible to set or accumulate an advertising budget.
4.8 Fees for any service offered by us are subject to review and change, without the requirement to notify you unless otherwise specified in these Terms and Conditions.
4.9 Fees differ for Free account users and Subscribed Sellers. 4.13 Once the Minimum Term has expired, we will continue to charge your Store Account until we have been given one month’s notice of your intention to cancel your subscription.
4.14 In the event that we materially change these Terms and Conditions, we will notify Vendors. If you are a Vendor, you may terminate the subscription with Psukhe Makers within fourteen (14) days of such notice, failing which you are deemed to have accepted the changes to the Terms and Conditions.

MAKER FAQ
Fees and Payments Policy
On Psukhe Vendors OR Sellers are known as “Makers” and there are some charges attributed to different account types. The fees associated with each account type are explained here in this policy, when you might be charged and how to pay the fees. When you create a store on psukhe.com.au you are agreeing to this policy and our Terms of Service.
FEE TYPES
All applicable fees are clearly stated on the Site and it is the Seller’s responsibility to consider the fees before they list products for sale. Placing a listing on the Site is deemed to be acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and the applicable fees. You should read and understand these Terms and Conditions so that you are aware of the fee that is relevant to you (if any).
4.10 All fees for listings placed on the Site must be prepaid, unless stated otherwise or prearranged with an authorized representative of Psukhe Makers.
4.11 Any fees paid to us to place a listing on the Site do not grant any Seller exclusive rights to any web page on the Site.
4.12 By listing and completing sales on the Site, you are giving us permission to accept full payment on your behalf from Buyers for sales of Products prior to us accounting to you for such sales.
4.15 By creating a Store Account and agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, you have authorized us to debit funds from your nominated account that may from time to time become due to us under your Store Account.

We shall not be liable or responsible for the loss or delay of funds due to you as a result of your failure to provide accurate and current payment details in a timely manner.
4.17 We may give you at least fourteen (14) days’ notice in writing of any changes to the Terms and Conditions of the credit card payment structure. This notice will state the new amount, frequency, next charging date and any other changes.
4.18 Any Charge Backs attributable to your Store Account are your responsibility as a Seller. In this event, your Store Account will be charged by us, using your Credit Card details on file.
4.19 We will pay Vendors (less our commission) for all sales within seven (7) business days of confirmation from you that the Product has been sold and dispatched.

Import Products From Your ETSY Store
At this point in time, inventory sync only works one way, as in if you sell something on PSUKHE it will update in your ETSY store - but not the other way around, having to import "order status" info or "Receipt ID's" back into PSUKHE to update Inventory. We have decided to disable this feature for a more stream lined development for the future. However it is possible to import your ACTIVE ETSY products IN BULK to PSUKHE through CSV and if you where to sell an item on either platform it remains your responsibility to update their available quantities on both platforms. If this is not suitable for the kinds of item's you sell or in the rare case that you might sell the same item twice at the same time on both platforms please use your discretion as to whether hosting your items on multiple platforms is suitable for you.
You can import products in bulk from your ETSY store via CSV file. To access this file head to your ETSY store and select SHOP MANAGER then on the left hand menu select SETTINGS > OPTIONS. At the top of the SHOP OPTIONS page select the DOWNLOAD DATA tab and now you should be on the DOWNLOAD SHOP DATA page.
Please note that this import method ONLY INCLUDES YOUR ACTIVE LISTINGS! And does not support the import of Expired, Sold Out Or Inactive listings. If you wish to import any of your Expired, Sold Out Or Inactive listings through this method then you will either have to import the product manually through your PSUKHE dashboard or make the item ACTIVE on your ETSY store before exporting your CSV file.Choose DOWNLOAD CSV under the currently for sale Listings sectionSend your CSV file to PSUKHE by submitting THIS FORMThe process will be authorized by PSUKHE Admin and you will be notified when the Import is complete.
How do I get paid?
